Jump into our 30-minute conditioning class for a quick HIIT workout. Leave with confidence and a clear mind.
Our 30-min focused bodywork class to train the biggest assets of functional fitness: core strength and mobility. Great for beginners!

A low-pressure, community-oriented support group that offers a rotating menu of opportunities for moms to engage with their toddlers, educate, and empower them to explore. It’s a support group that provides an activity for the toddlers with little parental intervention required. Inviting observation, positive parenting talk, and enough space for adult conversation. In a sentence: intentional, calming, culturally curious, and zero-pressure for moms.

Mama’s Room offers classes tailored to work with your baby’s wake windows and developmental milestones. In class and after class support groups encourage you to continue showing up for yourself and your community.

Parent Prep



Practical readiness classes for the next phase of parenthood. Through expert-led workshops and accessible courses, gain clarity and develop a strategy with your partner. 



When is Mama’s Room opening?+

We are projecting Mama’s Room to open in the Summer of 2026. You can join the waitlist for updates!

Will there be founding member rates?+

Yes! You can secure your founding membership status by attending any of our pop-up classes before the grand opening. Check the schedule!

Will childcare be available?+

Yes! Having quality childcare on site is a large portion of this project in creating a welcoming and supportive space for Mamas.

How is Mama’s Room different from other gyms?+

At Mama’s Room we prioritize awareness, strength, and play in each class. Our class schedule offers a robust variety of workouts, while thoughtfully programmed to deliver results with a sense of novelty.

How can I support Mama’s Room before opening?+

Expertise matters. I am formally trained as an Exercise Physiologist and prenatal and postpartum specialist, and every class is designed with real women’s physiology in mind. You’ll receive hands-on guidance, thoughtful modifications, and programming that respects your season.

Community matters. In this room, conversation invites shared experiences and respect for the different paths that brought us here. You’ll be seen not just by me, but by women walking alongside you.
