How do I know which package is right for me?+

Consider your bandwidth, your desires, and your eagerness to make a change. If you’re feeling mid about any of those, either the foundation or focused plan are going to be best for you. If you feel good about all of the above, the integrated coaching experience is likely the best path forward! The first step is the same for all programs, so let’s talk!

What if I’m pregnant, postpartum, or returning after a long break?+

You’re in great hands! Any program can be tailored to your unique needs during any life transition. During the initial onboarding call we’ll cover your exercise history, goals, and brief movement assessment to design your personal program.

What kind of support and accountability can I expect?+

These online coaching programs are all delivered via app! Each week you’ll self-report your progress and receive feedback based on your efforts. If you are unable to meet in-person, virtual sessions or call-ins are scheduled monthly for deeper reflection and goal setting.

What if I don’t have much time, or my schedule is unpredictable?+

Join the club! As a Mother of two young children myself, I get the unpredictability of scheduling. The beauty of hybrid coaching is the flexibility it offers. Workout plans and menu plans can both be designed to meet unique schedule needs. Late night shifts? Rotating work schedule? I got you.

How long of a commitment do I have to make?+

None! Month-to-month I find works best for a lower-stress experience. At the end of the month we’ll meet for a check-in. At that time recommitment is part of the conversation. We’ll address if you need to dial-down the level of coaching to shift your focus, or identify when you’re ready to level-up.

There’s recycled programming and there’s intentional coaching frameworks. I coach you as a person, not just a body. Frameworks provide us structure, something tangible yet customizable. As a unique individual, you will be encouraged, challenged, and always respected. 

Tone matters. Some coaches choose intensity over awareness. I have been coaching online and in-person for almost a decade, and those results don’t stick long term. When you need a nudge, a boost, or a wake-up call, I will deliver.
